Remember, Remember the 5th of November

    November 5th, 1605 marks the day that Guy Fawkes was caught trying to blow up the Parliament building in Great Britain. Supporters of  Ron Paul picked this date as a day to make our own footprint in modern American politics.  The goal; shatter the record for most  donations to a presidential candidate in a 24 hour period.  Many supporters were skeptical  about the plan and many were very optimistic.  Internet forums were flooded with the date and videos were shot around the cyber world to alert the troops. Through the power of grassroots organization, the internet and the lust for liberty, we were going to send a message to the criminals in Washington D.C. and the mainstream media who continuously claim that Ron Paul's support was from a few internet hackers.
    When the clock struck midnight on the east coast and November 5th arrived I tuned into the campaign website to see if any action was taking place yet. Much to my satisfaction I was completely blown away by how quickly the donation numbers began to skyrocket.  At the beginning, of Nov. 5th
the 4th quarter donations began at 2.77 million.  The fresh contributions were flooding in by the tens
of thousands of dollars. The online community was buzzing and the chatter and elation was all around.  We were all curios to gadge just exactly how big of a message we were going to send to the media, the politicians and the powers that be. I watched for a couple of hours that night while listening to citizen supported Ron Paul Radio and decided to go to bed and check again in the morning.  
    After performing my usual morning routine I checked back into the campaign website and sure enough  we were already at 4.7 million by 10 a.m. pacific time. That was around 2.2 million dollars in ten hours and they day was just beginning.  As the day wore on the donations piled up like leaves on a fall day.  As of 12 o’ clock eastern time the next night the campaign was at 7 million dollars and still rising.  Rumor had it that there were 19,000 backlogged donations still coming in as well as offline donations. Ron Paul and his supporters had raised over 4 million dollars in 24 hours and still counting. Did we break a record? Who knows but I think it's clear that it's not a few  internet hackers causing this Ron Paul phenomenon.
    The "scientific polls" have been rendered useless and outdated in the new information age.  These polls consistently  show Ron Paul around 2-5% and the media parrots always write Ron Paul off because of these figures. The way most of them work is by calling  registered republicans with landline telephones who voted Republican in 2004.  What these polls and the talking head don't take into account is that Ron Paul's support comes from the left, right, democrat, republican, libertarian, independent and folks who
have never participated in politics before.  The American people have finally found someone to get behind that truly represents freedom and liberty for all, not empty promises, misinformation, pandering, and shilling for the global/corporatist/elitist agenda. Ron Paul is not part of the machine that we all wish to deconstruct and people are loving him for that.
    What is it about Ron Paul that has the massive donations flooding in? The American people are slowly but surely waking up to the truth and it continues to snowball.  It would be nearly impossible to explain who he is and what he stands for in this article but I can give you a quick run down. Abolishment of the income tax, the IRS and the federal reserve system. Return to sound money and kick out the international banking cartels and the private bank known as the federal reserve.  It’s nothing more than an elitist counterfitting scam that puts control of our country into the hands of the elitists.  They’ve turned us into the biggest debtor nation in the history of the world. We can save nearly a trillion dollars a year by not maintaining a global empire and policing the world while keeping the fruits of our labor. Put an end to the incremental implementation of the EU style North American Union. As we speak, there are working groups out there busily harmonizing our administrative laws between the US, Canada and Mexico.  I suggest the American people start paying attention to that one.   We the people refuse to sit idly by while a police state control grid is constructed around us under the guise of keeping us safe from terrorists. It’s time to restore the republic and return to constitutional law.
    The message has been sent loud and clear. We're sick of choosing between the lesser
of two evils, we're sick of lies and misinformation, we're sick of war and policing the
world, we're sick of being a debtor nation, we're sick of being sold out to the new world
order, we're not going to live in a police state and we're sure as hell not going to vote
for Hillary Clinton or Rudy Giuliani.  We know that the two major parties are just two
factions of the same system with the same goals, only different ideas on how to achieve them. The
sleeping giant has awoken, the 2nd American Revolution has begun and it feels damn good to
be an American again. Welcome to the new age of American politics.
